Step on our body composition scale to give you an accurate measurement of your resting metabolic rate. Then learn how to balance your diet according to your metabolism

The Three Food Groups: This class will teach how different combinations of protein, fat, and carbohydrates will give you the health outcome you desire.

Adjust your shopping list to match what you have learned in the course without busting your budget. This class will put everything together with a field trip to the grocery store.

Deanna Cheathem RD, LD

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Deanna Cheathem is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in weight loss management, medical nutrition therapy, and diabetes self-management education.


Deanna graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Nutrition. She completed the associated ACEND-accredited post-baccalaureate dietetic internship throughout various locations across the Gulf Coast and has been a guest speaker at the Association of Specialized and Professional Accreditors. Deanna’s passion includes helping others reach their health goals through empowering individuals with the skills and knowledge of how nutrition impacts their overall well-being and quality of life.
